If you are returning your item/s for a refund or from outside of Australia, you are responsible for posting your return back to us, so feel free to choose the shipping method that suits you. We do suggest a tracked method, where possible, as we are unable to proceed with your refund until the return has been delivered and confirmed by our warehouse team.
If you paid for your order with PayPal you may be eligible to claim back return postage costs from PayPal – find out more here.
If you are returning due to faulty or incorrectly sent items, we will gladly reimburse your postage costs. Please contact us first for approval.
