- Australian customers can return full-priced products for free if you choose to exchange for a new size. Returned items must meet our general return policy criteria. See here for full details.
- Items can only be returned for a size exchange of the same product. If you would like to exchange for a different style or item of higher value, please choose Store Credit instead and you can put this towards your new order once your return is processed.
- Sale Items are not eligible for Free Exchanges. Customers must pay for return shipping.
- To initiate an exchange request, please submit the online return form here, ensuring to select Return Outcome: Exchange and entering your preferred product size when prompted.
- You will receive an email containing your Auspost shipping label and return instructions within one business day.
- Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, we will process your exchange order. This will usually be shipped within one business day and you will receive email confirmations upon completion.
- As stock cannot be held while your return parcel is in transit, your requested exchange size may become unavailable during this time. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise and offer an alternative size or store credit.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges or free return shipping to international customers. The quickest way to secure your preferred size is to place a new order online. You can then return your unwanted item/s for a refund, as per our returns policy.
